Krystalanne received this award in recognition and appreciation for her commitment to excellence and quality customer care, while ensuring that the goals and missions of Total Monitoring Services, Inc. are continuously being met and exceeded. Krystalanne has been a huge asset to the TMS family, having frequently been complimented by our Clients, Dealer base, and most of all coworkers. We are so thankful for her tenure with the team. Krystalanne has demonstrated her excellence in customer care by always going above and beyond in her flexibility in assisting with staffing. She has been a great help in covering staffing needs by being cross trained to cover both departments when the staffing need arises. Krystalanne has proven herself to be an amazing team player, who is greatly appreciated by her fellow staff. She is consistent and a resource for staff to look to her for an answer to questions. We are not only pleased, but extremely excited to present her with the Employee of the Quarter Award for the 2nd Quarter 2017.
