We are pleased to announce the Employee of the Quarter Award recipient for the Fourth Quarter of 2015. We would like to acknowledge Client Relations Specialist Lead Chelsea Noah and Dayshift Operator Krystalanne Lutali as the Employees of the Quarter.

Chelsea and Krystalanne received the awards in recognition and appreciation for their commitment to excellence and quality customer care, while ensuring that the goals and missions of Total Monitoring Services, Inc. are continuously being met and exceeded. Chelsea and Krystalanne have been a huge asset to the TMS family, both have frequently been complimented by our Clients and Dealer base, proving both are an excellent addition to the team. Chelsea has demonstrated her excellence in customer care by always going above and beyond for our Clients and Dealers. She takes an active role in many critical functions here at TMS and excels at complicated problems. Krystalanne has proven herself to be an amazing team player, who is greatly appreciated by her fellow staff. She is consistent and a great resource for staff to look to her for an answer to questions. We are not only pleased, but extremely excited to present them both with the Employee of the Quarter Award for the 4th Quarter 2015.

Chelsea and Krystalanne’s unselfish dedication to Total Monitoring Services, Inc. and work ethics are an inspiration to all of us.
