Tim and his leadership team’s significant contributions have helped make TMS the leading provider of home and small business electronic security, automation and alarm monitoring central station services in North America.

Tim is focused on making TMS a world-class customer-centric organization, including building a strong management team, shaping the company’s culture, and maintaining and growing the company’s leadership position. Under Tim’s direction, TMS is poised for continued growth through new and expanded revenue streams and a focus on innovation.

Before his building of TMS, he was the Director of Operations for SAFE Security Alarm Funding Enterprises. SAFE is one of the largest acquisition companies in United States, he took the knowledge and management style he learned and become the Regional Manager for Security Associates International, overseeing the operation of nine regional alarm monitoring facilities.

Prior to joining SAFE, Tim spent 23 years in leadership roles at Roseville Telephone, including general management, marketing, and business development for RTC Alarm Monitoring Services.

Tim is an angel investor and serves on several company board of Directors and advisory boards. He is active in the CAA California Alarm Association and the SAAA Sacramento Area Alarm Association. In 1994, he was honored with the inaugural Parker Maurie Memorial Award for outstanding effort and support awarded by the SAAA. In 2000 he received the Rotarian of the year from the Roseville Rotary Club.

Tim’s industry and leadership experience enables him to provide valuable insight to the TMS Board on business strategy and operations. “I’m proud of the resilience of the TMS people during a difficult transformation and I’m optimistic about how they will build on a foundation of innovation to succeed in the future. It’s been an honor to have led such dedicated teammates for more than thirteen years.” Tim has been the guiding light of TMS and his entrepreneurial background, business savvy, industry experience, and strong relationship will continue to lead the charge going forward.
