We are pleased to announce the Employee of the Quarter Award recipient for the Third Quarter of 2016. We would like to acknowledge Dayshift Supervisor Kalei Fonoti as the Employee of the Quarter.

Kalei received this award in recognition and appreciation for her commitment to excellence and quality customer care, while ensuring that the goals and missions of Total Monitoring Services, Inc. are continuously being met and exceeded. Kalei has been a huge asset to the TMS family, having frequently been complimented by our Clients, Dealer base, and most of all coworkers. Kalei also just celebrated her 5 year anniversary with TMS! We are so thankful for her tenure with the team. Kalei has demonstrated her excellence in customer care by always going above and beyond in training and staffing. Kalei has proven herself to be an amazing team player, who is greatly appreciated by her fellow staff. She is consistent and a great resource for staff to look to her for an answer to questions. We are not only pleased, but extremely excited to present her with the Employee of the Quarter Award for the 3rd Quarter 2016.

Kalei’s unselfish dedication to Total Monitoring Services, Inc. and work ethics are an inspiration to all of us. She has exhibited the highest quality as a team player and dedicated employee. Her talents, skills and qualities are a tremendous asset to Total Monitoring Services, Inc.
