We are pleased to announce the Employee of the Quarter Award recipient for the Fourth Quarter of 2016. We would like to acknowledge Swingshift Lead Lexi Barka as the Employee of the Quarter.

Lexi received this award in recognition and appreciation for her commitment to excellence and quality customer care, while ensuring that the goals and missions of Total Monitoring Services, Inc. are continuously being met and exceeded. Lexi has been a huge asset to the TMS family, having frequently been complimented by our Clients, Dealer base, and most of all coworkers. We are so thankful for her tenure with the team. Lexi has demonstrated her excellence in customer care by always going above and beyond in training and staffing. Lexi has proven herself to be an amazing team player, who is greatly appreciated by her fellow staff. She is consistent and a great resource for staff to look to her for an answer to questions. We are not only pleased, but extremely excited to present her with the Employee of the Quarter Award for the 4th Quarter 2016.
